Win96 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using the win96 platform. By registering or using any part of this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the win96 website and its related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all other policies published by win96 from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and win96 as the platform operator. This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above who are residents of Malaysia. Use of this platform by individuals below the stipulated minimum age is strictly prohibited.
Win96 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of win96 services, you are required to register a user account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Owning multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. win96 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach is the result of your own negligence. If you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
- Win96 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time it deems necessary.
- Accounts that remain inactive for a specified period may be subject to administrative action.
3. Payments, Deposits and Transactions
All transactions on the win96 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any deposit is made using a valid payment method registered in your own name. win96 does not accept payments from third parties on behalf of users.
Supported deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other methods listed on the platform. Minimum and maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and will be displayed in the payment interface before you complete a transaction.
Withdrawals may only be made to a verified bank account held in the registered user's name. win96 reserves the right to carry out compliance checks and to hold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. All decisions regarding disputed transactions are subject to win96's internal review, and such decisions are final.
Win96 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures on the part of third-party payment processors that are beyond the platform's control.
4. User Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability
Users are solely responsible for all activities carried out under their accounts. Using the win96 platform for fraud, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to use any automated software, bots, or scripts designed to manipulate the system or game outcomes. Any attempt to exploit technical bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to win96 and must not be used for personal gain.
To the extent permitted by law, win96 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. win96's maximum total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
- Users are prohibited from sharing their account or allowing any other party to access it.
- Any attempt to unlawfully influence game outcomes is a serious violation.
- Win96 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who engage in fraudulent conduct.
5. Account Policy, Intellectual Property and Third Parties
Account Suspension and Closure
Win96 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a threat to platform security. Where closure results from a user violation, the account balance may be subject to review and withheld pending the outcome of an investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact customer support. Any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard procedures in effect.
Intellectual Property
All content on the win96 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interface elements — is the exclusive property of win96 or its respective licensors. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or exploiting any such content without prior written permission from win96 is not permitted.
Third-Party Links and Services
The win96 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. win96 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at your own risk.
6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Win96 reserves the right to amend, improve, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest version. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the win96 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed inapplicable only to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
